Specializations

  • Intergenerational Trauma & Acculturation Stress

Do you identify as a first-generation in your family? You may be navigating the complexities of cultural identity, family expectations, intergenerational trauma, and the stress of acculturation. Together in therapy, we’ll gently unpack the unspoken beliefs and generational pressures you’ve been carrying. This work can open space for you to heal inner child wounds, redefine who you are on your own terms, and build the resilience you need to thrive both within your cultural roots and beyond them.

  • Codependency

Sometimes we don’t realize that we are engaging in codependency. So once we do, it may be hard to disengage from those patterns. I’m here to help you reconnect with your own identity and clarify what really matters to you in a relationship. It’s so common, especially for younger folks, to internalize unrealistic expectations from social media and feel like your relationship should look like the ones you see online. In our work together, I’ll help you pause, reflect on what you truly want from your relationship, and build a stronger sense of self that exists both within and outside of it.

  • Anxiety

If you’ve been feeling like there’s something “wrong” with you and that everyone hates you, that is the anxiety sneaking up on you. Anxiety is often a natural response to real-life stress, especially when you're facing things like financial pressure, food insecurity, or an unstable environment. Together, we’ll explore where those anxious feelings are coming from and find ways to cope that actually feel realistic and supportive for you. My goal is to give you a space where you don’t have to have it all figured out. Therapy is place where you can feel heard, grounded, and start to regain a sense of control.
